KiSSAM User Manual

KiSSAM (KiSSAM Simulation Software for Additive Manufacturing) is an all-round simulation solution for predictive modelling of powder bed fusion at mesoscale. KiSSAM is built on the base of a high performance fluid simulation code with the use of Lattice Boltzmann Method with interface tracking, but includes much more. With KiSSAM, everything about powder bed fusion can be modeled and studied in detail: from powder bed deposition, to integral sensor response.

Please try out KiSSAM either in the trial version with cloud computing controlled through web-interface, or a full version on a dedicated workstation. The full version is described in this user manual.
